NewBlue Art Effects is the perfect way to add visual pizzaz. Air Brush creates an air brushed effect by smoothing colors while maintaining sharp edges. Colorize reproduces the effect of a black and white picture that has been "colorized" by repainting over black and white with a simple palette of solid colors.
